Each room is stylishly appointed, is air conditioned, has a flat screen TV, bar fridge and an en-suite bathroom.

Check in is from 2pm and check out at 10am.

We aim to provide the most competitive rates for our standard and location. We are longer stay specialists so it is always worth a call to check our rates if your intention is to stay for more than 3 days.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is payable on the booking. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, from the day of arrival, your deposit is forfeited.

The balance of your account will be charged on the day of arrival. No refunds are made if you leave before your departure date. Please bear in mind your booked accommodation is held exclusively for you and other enquiries will have been declined.

A twin bed requirement should be indicated in your booking and no later than 11am on the day of arrival.

The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund, should any unforseen circumstances arise.

We prefer to personally welcome you, so kindly advise us of your expected arrival time. If this changes please contact us.

The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle. You must lock your vehicle at all times as well as all doors and windows when away from your room.
